Exchange to University of New South Wales, Australia

Over 50% of the student population at the University of New South Wales (“UNSW”) are international students, so by coming here I have joined students from all over Australia as well as different parts of the world. I have met new friends from many different countries and have enjoyed a wonderful exchange life here. Students participate actively in lectures and give their own opinions or raise questions naturally, unlike in Hong Kong where students are more passive. Here I feel comfortable just voicing out.

The exchange has been a valuable and unforgettable experience, and I would like to thank the Endeavour Australia Cheung Kong Scholarship Programme for awarding me the scholarship to support my exchange. This precious experience has allowed me to broaden my horizons and enrich my social life. I have become more independent and more mature, gaining a lot in every aspect. It has been awesome to come to Australia for one semester and explore this country!
